Pretty much reads like a broken record. Everyone of them the same thing blah blah yada yada, management feels that all elements are concluded yada yada just as soon as the government gets back from vacation/holiday whatever and completes their final review. All parties are are desirous of a quick signing, hopeful of getting this thing wrapped up in the next 60 days or so.

Then when the mentioned time lapses, not a peep, nothing when pressed for info we're told to wait for the next upcoming quarterly report, just a few weeks away.

Lets see if I can guess how the next report will read.

Management has already set the project company up, as per government's request prior to signing. All remaining issues with the annex addition of the DA has been put to rest and the final draft has been agreed upon and submitted for printing and binding. Of course the bound printed DA will have to be reviewed be all 3 ministries for accuracy. August is vacation month in Oman, government has impressed on us their desire to sign this agreement as soon as possible. Management feels we should have this deal signed by the end of September.

It will be interesting to see how the actual Quarterly report differs from mine.
