Yet another DA form! These guys simply dont have what it takes to get this deal done. A simple two letter word, NO their terrified to say it.

I've seen this time after time. Take for example a well seasoned successful real estate broker, who has spent their entire carrier selling 150-200K properties. Suddenly they find themselves involved in a multi million dollar transaction. In stead of doing the job they know so well, their frozen in terror, that they might say or do something that will blow the deal.

The way I see it Omagine is the one pitching this deal, Oman is the buyer, their putting up a small patch of sandy beach in return for a land mark.

In any transaction its the seller's job to set the tempo and pace not the buyer.
