Remember, Quatar walked out of the last deal and handed the company a million. I don't think it would be prudent at this time to press the issue, since Oman may not be as gracious If there was another option of where to build Omagine on the table, then yes push for it. I don't think it will be the end of the year, but maybe another month or two. It will be determined by what the Ministry of turism has in mind by this term to expedite.
