I don't believe the ministry is in a rush to finalize.

I also believe this is a very long term committment on both behalves.

Any project the size of this - all of the i's and t's must be dotted and crossed.

No one knows if this will happen or not. If you are a believer stick around

If your not a believer sell at the price now because it's going lower in your mind and that may be the case because not a very positive 10-Q, in fact negitive would be a better word.

I also believe that because of this many investors will call it a day.
