I believe we have a very difficult battle with the ministries. Something is negative but the fight goes on. If all was positve we would have the DA signed a long time ago and the stock would be middle to upper teens.

I don't know the problem and I believe management doesn't know either. I believe its internal within the ministries.

The project is great, the conception is great and Tthe profitable for Oman is incredible and with all that they hesitate.

Maybe one day we will find out the real story AFTER THE DA IS SIGNED and signed soon I HOPE.
