why do this?? i have no idea? this is a company with nothing more than an idea and a plan so if you really want to sell this to new investors you need to keep the price at a low point. The share outstanding total is really low so that also eliminates the reason for an RS.

They have money via the line of credit so i don't think the RS is so that the stock is more attractive for possible financing in the future.

So why do it?
