It appears that they are going to draw this out to the very end. On 4900+ volume at $4.18 and it hasn't moved at all. If the DA isn't signed by the 15th, the price will likely drop like a rock. With the changing of cabinet members in Oman, a lot of projects have been delayed but are now on track. I have confidence that the DA will get signed shortly.
