Dear shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. In response to the 10/31/2011 posting by qwerty 1029, Agoracom contacted the Company and received the following response from Mr. Frank Drohan who is presently in Muscat:

"His Majesty, the Sultan is not a partner with Orascom and OMRAN in the Muriya project --- nor in any other project other than Omagine. The Sultan - through the Office of Royal Court Affairs - has done many prestigious projects in Oman, most recently the Royal Opera House. RCA however, has always undertaken such projects entirely on its own. Omagine LLC represents the first instance wherein RCA has been a partner or shareholder in a commercial enterprise not wholly owned by RCA."
