The Government of Oman is not a partner in Omagine LLC or in the Omagine Project and is not a future business partner of Omagine Inc. or of Omagine LLC. The shareholders of Omagine LLC are Omagine, Inc.; CCC and RCA (which represents the personal interests of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, the ruler of Oman).
