I agree with you. After speaking to many who are investors, say in 2011 its now or never. They believe that if it is not signed by the end of this year, take your profits or losses and go home. Remember Frank and Charlie have the most to lose and they are extremely intelligent men. Unless the Sultan used Frank as a pawn ( which I highly doubt) Frank would have seen right through him and his court jesters like glass.

I believe that this time it will be done, maybe not on the Sultans birthday or maybe yes BUT IT WILL GET DONE.
