Dear Omagine Investors,

In response to the posting by lebnjb@ameri, the company confirms that it does not have any relationship with www.cwctenders.com, a database subscription service for the construction industry where tender notices, procurement news, projects and business opportunities are uploaded to their website. The cwctenders website based in India has apparently discovered the Omagine Project and added it their database.
