That's because there is no confidence in any of managements wording. I only wish it were different. The only way the stock will rise if the DA is signed. The stock may even go below $1.00 the next 2 weeks. How can Frank state it could happen in January or Maybe February. Doesn't he converse with the Sultan who supposedly the only one left to make it happen and sign the DA to finalize. I think this is a BAD DREAM and I'm waiting to wake up.
