Spoke with Charlie for clarification on what you saw. He explained it was simply the deregistering of shares for the expiring SEDA. They will register new shares for the new SEDA soon. Not really an event from our perspective.

Also spoke to him about Anitha's warrants idea. Without putting words in his mouth, it's a warrantless idea (pun on my part intended ... and a bone for Bill!). Everyone's still excited about an August signing.

I have offered on many an occasion to draft a press release announcing the signing of the DA and have offered to post said draft on this board for him to retrieve and reissue. He politely declined. Go figure!
