From the verbiage from the many investor in the discussion forum, do you still believe August is the month the DA will be signed or are you going with my theory sometime in 2014 MAYBE!!!

I have spoke tto Charlie many times and he is the most honest and straight forward guy I have meet in a a number of decades. if he believes than i believe August is the month but unfortunately the Omani MOT are not honest nor truthful nor straight forward, they talk in a circle and one just can't get off, there are no exits just agony and the circle keeps going around and around.
