Am I the only one thinking that according to Alton and the SEC any announcement should be given to the stockholders maximium 4 days from inception.

Sometime this week we should have good news about the signing according to the last 8K.

I know that it always states in the 8K that nothing is written in stone and only expect the signing when it is actually signed.

My question is does nayone think that the MOT is just playing with Frank and really in the back of their mind want him to go home so they can get this project signed by one of their favorites.

I just don't get it. So close yet seems to be miles and miles away.

If thats the case Frank - don't let them get to you - you get to them first. I don't know how but if there is a will there is a way.
