unfortunately it is out of the hands of Frank and Charlie. They wish they had an actual date of the signing. I think the sellers are starting to sell and even though people are buying LOW it has to come to fruition soon. The longer the no signing the lower the stock will go. Shareholders that had it a long time said we take our winnigs today and forget about tomorrow. If tomorrow it is signed, we will buy back at the going price. It won't rise dramatically the same day as the signing of the DA, I think it's a positive attitude.
