Next 10Q (for 6/30/2016) is due 45 days after the quarter ... 8/15/16 in this instance. So about 3 weeks. I know in speaking with Charlie that all hands are on nailing down a contract and financing with it. This will take some time, but I am hopeful (for what it's worth) that we'll have a statement on this by the end of the summer. The 10Q would be a nicer time frame, but I am not holding my breath on this.
