Feeling is mutual! I talked to Charlie the other day and things seem to be moving along. Omag's stock price makes no sense at all... We have lots of investors some of which don't have any more patience! Everyone has a right to their opinion but my opinion hasn't changed! I believe in this project. The only thing we need is the financing for the 1st phase!! We have two potential investors... one extra just in case of any issues! We have the major asset of the land which has gone up in value since the last appraisal! Let's not forget that if things aren't being built the developers are in need of work which translates into more reasonable construction prices.. in the meantime if anyone needs a little uplifting give our friend Charles a call... I don't know about all of you but every time I call Charlie no matter how I feel I leave with a feeling of wanting to buy more shares!
