Perhaps you can Go-To-Charlie and ask about the expected construction start in Q1 2017! If confirmed to start this week ALL will have a feeling of wanting to buy more shares!!!

And ask about the many prior missed deadlines....over the last many many years! And again if ALL will have a feeling of wanting to buy more shares, then job done! Not much else will be needed for now....
