Question: Alfa Intlernational`s JOL contracted with the Emir of Qatar to lease abt. 200 waterfront acres to build approx. three hotels conference center and many supporting facilities. JOL holds a 99 year lease on the property, and was named the builder, owner and operater of this project.

Where does this stand?
