Thank you for your inquiry harrell,

The Emir of Qatar decided not to proceed with the project and it was at this point JOL approached the Sultanate of Oman and signed a Memerandum of Understanding. Alfa is hopeful that negotiations with the Emir of Qatar will resolve all matters concerning Qatar project.
