Rents rocket in Oman

Rental prices in Oman have shot up by 12-15% over the past year, according to the Times of Oman. Muscat has seen the most dramatic rises with many residential districts seeing substantial rental increases. Real estate agents are struggling to cope with the demand for rental property as the number of expatriate workers in Oman continues to grow, with many relocating from Dubai.
