Your references are to market capitalization (or market cap) which is a pretty straightforward concept that refers to the value of a company.
A company, including all of its assets, may be freely bought and sold through purchases and sales of stock, which determines the price of the company's shares. Its market cap is this share price multiplied by the number of shares outstanding, which provides a total value for the company's shares -- and thus determines the value for the company as a whole.
Your second question regards valuation and future share price, a topic that has seen an array of such analysis and valuations over time in this forum. Please review these previous postings on valuation in this forum.
