Dear kid,

Thank you for your inquiry. Ontex Resources Limited was incorporated on August 8, 1945, as Bargold Mines Limited. In 1981 the Company changed its name to Ontex Resources Limited.

Echo Energy Canada Inc. was established on October 18, 2004. Both Company do not offer dividends at the moment.
