Rock you can't give a 50% discount on the TSX. It's just not possible so the only explanation has to be the stock went on a run while the deal was getting done. It happens but the good news is the stock was running...will you feel better if the stock sits at .35?

I think some people would call that "biting off your nose just to spite your face" (an old adage).

FWIW I don't think today's drop has anything to do with the PP because gold is down BIG.
