2. elect any new board members? Not at the shareholders meeting; likely at the board meeting that should be held soon as Denis Crane (director was not in attendance)
3. what was there out take on the samples that they pulled out of the ground? None
4. Did they give any hint as to what they want to do with the company.. takeover/ JV/ or an independent??? Not that I heard.
5. Any information would be greatly appreciated by anyone who went – when asked, Armen Chilian response was detailed relative to the recent Main Brookbank 8 drill program and referred to the Longitudinal section – very informative- he also discerningly articulated the current Cherbourg drill program which is located N/E (trending toward Brookbank) of the section shown in the 2006 Technical Report (see SEDAR); further, in detail he described the Foxear features, which will be drilled following the Cherbourg and then Armen detailed the excellent “RHINO” prospect.
Bottom line: exciting. Months of continuous drilling ahead with lots of drill news, updated 43 101 and a preliminary economic assessment (PEA)
Scott Wilson RPA, a prominent Toronto based geological/mining consulting company has been contracted to provide on-going technical assistance during the current drill program, to prepare a current resource estimate and to prepare a NI 43-101 report on the property. A PEA will be completed following the resource estimate. Scott Wilson RPA will employ their considerable experience in this deposit type and will assist Ontex in planning the on-going drill program.
Ontex has all the “makings” to become a substantial success’ which ingredients include,
large property, property knowledge, knowledgeable Professional Geologist and Engineer and an on- going technical support team = A huge win for shareholders.
