I saw this in the latest release


"

The offerings are subject to certain conditions, including the approval of the Toronto

Stock Exchange. The offering led by Primary Capital Inc. is expected to close on or

about September 16, 2008 or such other date as agreed to by the Company and Primary

Capital Inc. The non-brokered private placement is expected to close by September 5,

2008."


what exactly is a non-brokered private placement and will this move the price up after tommorow
