LONDON, ONTARIO-(Sept. 26, 2008) - Ontex Resources Limited (TSX:ONT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Pistor as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Pistor joins Ontex from London Life where he most recently served as Tax Advisor in its life marketing division. He has also served as Corporate Controller of Cold Spring Farms and Ventra Group Inc., a former TSX-listed company. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Pistor also previously held the position of Financial Director, Canada for Liberate Technologies.

The appointment of Mr. Pistor comes as Robert Gilmore has resigned to pursue other opportunities. "We would like to thank Mr. Gilmore for his contributions and wish him the best in his future endeavours," added Mr. Conn.
