LONDON, ONTARIO--(Nov. 6, 2008) - Ontex Resources Limited (TSX:ONT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Donna Yoshimatsu to the position of Vice President of Investor Relations & Value Strategies.
Mrs. Yoshimatsu has held prominent positions with public companies in the industrial and resource sectors for over twenty years, including Vice-President, Investor Relations of SNC-Lavalin Group and as a senior consultant/advisor to a spectrum of junior and mid-tier resource companies. A background in securities and finance directed her to Franco and Euro-Nevada Mining Corporations where from 1987 to 1999 she initiated and managed a successful investor relations program under the auspices of legendary philanthropists. Experienced in mining finance, she has assisted in raising capital for a number of resource companies. She has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst program and is a long standing member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute.
Mrs. Yoshimatsu will be based in Toronto providing direction over investor relations and capital market strategies to Ontex Resources.
