AUDE,

We allowed your post from the filings about management compensation and did not delete the post. The fact the company discloses this information plays into the transparancy that you request.

The company has released 5 press releases this year and has updated the investment community on the Brookbank project. The company also has this venue to discuss ONTEX news. I suggest you rethink your "transparent disclosure" comment.

When the company receives news that is material, it will release the news to the investment community.
