AUDE,

The company issued the press release on the draft of the NI-43-101 that was received from Scott Wilson Roscoe Postle Associates Inc.

As we have said in the past, the company will issue press releases when it is material to the investment community.

"Scott Wilson RPA" has 45 days to submit their final report, which we anticipate will be done shortly. Once that report is received, it will be posted on SEDAR as has been in practice in the past.
