There is one more obvious reason for the management team to consolidate shares and increase per share price, and that is to attract institutional investments. There are price limits as to what certain institutions can buy. Most except companies like Pinetree cannot buy penny stocks. There are limits and I believe those limits are the stock has to be higer than $5.

If that is the target that Pat has in mind, then were looking at a 500% increase from here after consolidation.
