Aude... great post... like you said those warrants are completely in the money now and have already likely been exercised... natural stock will have to churn through many of these as they are sold to re-coup investment costs... could easily explain resistance RMK is experiencing here... once this churn is over I would expect price to continue moving up... resistance now because of this likely 'warrant selling' presents a great buying opportunity IMO...
$3 million from RMK warrants plus $5 million from recently closed ONT PP... $8 million... combined company will have a decent cash position coming out of this merge... nothign wrong with that.
