SYNERGISTIC: The interaction of two companies resulting in an enhanced effect compared to their separate effects.

Example: 1 Ontex share for each 1.25 Roxmarks share based on the current issued and outstanding shares of both companies as of Oct. 9, 2009 = SYNERGISM.
