AGORACOM Investor Relations is pleased to provide you with a summary report on OpenEC prepared by, Wealth Creation Management Systems (WCMS).

Within the summary report, WCMS stated:

…It takes real guts and convictions in what you are doing to be in a sector that is not in favour, that multiples are depressed and money is harder to come by. That’s why when someone has been able to take a company from nothing to something in that kind of environment, I have to stop and look at its merit.

… The Headware part of the company is only one of two at the moment and the one that I will focus on the most as I personally believe it is the one with the most potential. The Headware subsidiary is a mobile operations and solutions company. They provide cell phone payment solutions to, HUA WEI, the largest telecom company in China. Recently OPEN EC won an award naming them one of the top 3 service providers to HUAWEI, which also entitles them to a 20% bonus on all contracts as of July of 2007. Some of their clients are China telecom, Pakistan telecom, PLDT Philippines, Telkomsel Indonesia, and China Unicom. These are about as big as they get when it comes to clients. As the relationships develop with these clients, so should the bottom line.
