I`m not sure but I think that was Fogel with the CEO of Intel the other day on the 18th hole at Pebble Beach! This is a joke, It`s obvious he didn`t want this to go to trial, he knew the outcome , so his ruling protects Intel from a massive payoff. This is nothing but a flat out CRIME!! How could they let one person throw this in the toilet. Judge, I hope you have more to say on your ruling because right now you appear to be a crook with to much power!!
