It`s so obvious Fogel and Intel are in bed together, he`s ruled in favor of them in the past, don`t know why I would of thought any different. I believe there are to many instatutional investors involved here , to much money to be lost. I don`t believe its anything to do with who`s right and who`s wrong here! The courts will not take down a major Company like microsoft, Intel etc. This was just an easy out for Fogel, nice one Fogel! I, as an investor don`t believe a judgement he has to offer, or any other Judge period. Fogel can you honestly look in the mirror and see you have made the right decision!! I guess it dosn`t matter he and the Intel boys have a golf date latter this week. IMO your a joke Fogel! It dosnt matter as long as your pockets are full and a 2 day work week who cares, go for it.
