Can someone provide a link to the share buy back announcement of PTSC, when PTSC traded at $ 0.36 in which Turley stated (must be before the Texas Settlement and the following signings), that the company bought back shares in this range, because he believes from all he knows, that PTSC is undervalued at these levels and the share price surged some days later?
