1. At the April 2007 SHM, I asked David Pohl if PTSC was using a search firm in it's efforts to hire a new CEO. His response was, YES we are using 'several' top notch search firms.

Then 2 months later JT was announced as the CEO. I was perplexed over this. Now I believe that the search continued while JT "tried" to get things going for PTSC.

2. Eric S. told me at the Oct. SHM that when he agreed to allow PTSC to buy back all remaining warrants his "say so" in any future M/A activity ended on the spot.

I remember thinking that I would almost "rather" have him protecting his investment by having a say. Especially with his back round in the investment world.
