I humbly suggest that any decisions should be based on what is both known, and, more importantly, independently verifiable.

Goerner publicly stated soon after the April quarterly that all deals have been reflected and essentially there is nothing more to come from the J3. I do believe there are posters here who call the company often. I know of at least one poster (not Ron or Brian) who spoke to RG directly and that poster said RG said no more funds were coming from the J3. RG confirmed what we have been publicly told, so no breech of anykind. There is no impropriety...and it has been independently verified.

It would be greath if that poster would come out and confirm what I have just stated. I don't believe there would be any adverse effects at this point from confirming the above.
