LL - still having a hard time with a few things over here.

The below is from the transaction history dated yesterday July 1st.

Input Issue Number and Issue Date for Reexamination

That doesn't seem like wording indicating a recertification of the 584.

I am kind of waffling over here. Still skeptical.
