This incident makes me wonder how many "other" licenses have been sold by TPL but not announced. Think it hasn't happened? We need to quit fooling ourselves. This is a perfect example of the way TPL runs the ship. Perhaps the posting of the license on the website was PTSC's coming out party. Enough is enough!

Perhaps Rick Goerner is finally going to do something about the stranglehold that TPL has had on PTSC regarding their business relationship. Perhaps this was an "oopps", TPL didn't give us permission to announce the Smith & Nephew license just yet. Remember, according to the Master Agreement, any announcement regarding the MMP must be approved by TPL. Perhaps PTSC has decided that simply putting it on the website does not require TPL's approval.

This is the problem that is caused by Angela Hartley not answering a simple question posed by one of their shareholders. It creates more questions and frustration.

I want answers and will pursue this until I am satisfied. I hope there are more concerned shareholders on this board that feel the same way.
