Somthing happening in the background with the MMP... RG made some cryptic statement about exploring opition too early to talk about... and lets be honest these announcements HAVE DONE NOTHING for our share prices... low one time fees rates have gone down.... so my belief thier is somethings brewing.... look at what Angela said,,, then what RG said.... but I could care less about the licenese announcement... TPL takes so many cheap license when they need funding to keep operations going...(IMHO)
