If is is posted on the web site it is 'public knowledge'. I am quite sure that if they are negotiating with someone who is, as you say, 'on the fence' they will make them aware of the licence and apply whatever pressure then can.

I choose to look at the positives and I feel more confident with each new licence. The final approval on the patent is added good news. That should bring in more income.

Is there a chance that the 336 will also get approved?

One of these days I expect a floodgate to open.
