Is the case sited for the recent spate of document dumping on the PTO. Here it is if anyone is interested.

On July 2 and 3 there were 32, 454 pages sent to PTO under 90/008227, the 148 reexam.

Wonder if anyone at the USPTO will review what was sent? Wonder how many other patent owners are doing the same thing, lest they be accused of hiding anything material? It would seem likely that the USPTO system may strain to the breaking point. Very weird indeed.
