Do you know this for a fact, or are you assuming? It might make some sense that a reexam which was denied no longer have a live link to it. That was my assumption when I saw the dead link to the rejected reexam request. But it is only an assumption. Can you add anything substantive, at least with respect to the rejected reexam link?
