I remember reading Richter being mentioned or listed in the examiners list of references, but it was probably in the initial exam request that was rejected for being incomplete. I had erroneously thought that it had been looked at previously by an examiner.

Not being on the same technical level as yourself, I do appreciate your DD and hope that your analysis is correct. If so, we may not have anything to worry about, and if that is infact the case, it makes one wonder why it was approved for reexamination in the first place. Perhaps just to appease the powers that be that stand to loose very much if we are successful.

It has been a very long struggle that is very close to conclusion. But as always what that conclusion is is anyone guess. So far the DD on this board has been superior and a reason why many have held on so long against the odds of our powerful adversaries and the poor enlightenment by our BOD. Thanks once again.
