Yes he was unfortunately. Did I listen and sell at 36 cents....no. Have I listened in the past...no. Will I listen in the future....TBD...which probably stands for ...NO. LOL but not at all funny.

Seriously, it is important to note that he didn't expect the reeexam to be approved because he thought the newly introduced prior art was valid, but simply because the odds simply favored the reexam being approved because that is the USPTO MO. Like I have explained in the past, he has used the reexam process to both successfully defend and defeat several patents, so he does know the process pretty well. He is not an expert on our patents, so he can't provide an opinion on the validity/strength of our patents as a result of modified claims. However, he has stated several times that based on milestone (not our resident poster) events like the Markman in Texas, licenses to date, and the recerts completed to date, that it appears that the patents have value. How much value...well so far $250 Mil. The rest is to be determined.

While I am at it...Chicago and the SHM. Who cares? That is all I have to say about that! LOL

I hope you are good. Good luck to your Pats today, should be a great game. Hope everyone is good! Good luck everyone!
