Had to be expected. The 336 is probably one of the most important inventions in the microprocessor’s history. It is a matter of billions… A lot of companies are affected, maybe thousands worldwide, and some of them are really big. I never believed this issue could take a straight and easy way. These again and again occurring requests and re-examinations and claim reviews, waiting games, pacers and so on, which probably fill hundreds of folders… all these annoying things prove in my opinion one certainty: The 336 is neither a fairy tale nor an easy subject that can be handled overnight. It is reality. And egad! It must be a great one. An imminent further re-examination is to realize as a necessary completion and never as a complete recurrence of the already done investigations. Accordingly short time duration of this procedure may be expected with a waterproof result at it’s end. I don’t worry about that. Nobody should! Have a nice Sunday!
