Please excuse my ignorance. When the USPTO declares its intent to issue a recert and then agrees to another re-exam (for this question it doesn't matter whether it's a serious challenge or another delaying tactic) does that bring the whole recert process to a screeching halt, or does the recert go ahead anyway, with the prospect of another recert following on from the latest challenge, if unsuccessful? TIA for everyone's patience.
